How to use speech marks

Hello. I want to tell you how to use speech marks, and speech marks are these thing " ,,  yeah 66 and 99 is what I call them, you can use speech marks when someone is talk and when you start with 66 after you must have a capital letter, but don't use them like this "dan  said where is the cat  mom,, no you use it like this Dan said "Where's the cat mom? ,, see it makes way more sense than the other one now I'm going to give you a quiz just click on the link to do it.
